Elder legislator, Edwin Clark, has said that the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, is dreaming by remembering the South states for guide of Biafra.
The Nnamdi Kanu-drove IPOB is unsettling to break out the Old Eastern area from Nigeria to shape Biafra Republic.
And Clark, who talked in a meeting with BBC Pidgin, said the IPOB is ridiculous in their mission to break the South and South East out of Nigeria, adding, “As far as I might be concerned, IPOB isn’t seeking after the right thing.”
However, Clark kept up with that Nnamdi Kanu is battling a decent battle, adding that individuals of the South East are being disregarded in Nigeria.
Clark clarified that South East just has five states, though different areas in the nation have six and seven separately, “In view of what? No one knows.”
“For each arrangement that is being made in this country, the Igbo are duped. In the event that Universities are being circulated per state, they will have five. Others will have six while North-West will have seven. This is notwithstanding the Igbo shaping the third leg when this nation was created.
“So, they have a decent grievance, yet going about it wrongly.”
Speaking further, he said, “How might Delta be important for Biafra? How? Is Biafra more established or greater than Delta?
“How would rivers be able to State or Akwa Ibom become part of Biafra? They are dreaming for as yet pondering the Eastern Region of those days.”
