NEWS UPDATE: Whereabouts of Supreme Court Justice, Mary Peter unknown after invasion of her residence by security operatives

Anxiety and disarray on Friday followed the destiny and whereabouts of the Supreme Court Justice, Mary Ekaego Peter Odili following the supposed unlawful attack laid on her Abuja family home by security operatives.

Justice Odili’s family home at lmo Rivers Street in Maitama was said to have been assaulted by completely furnished disguised security people for undisclosed reasons at around 5pm of Friday, October 29.

However, security agents protecting the house were said to have opposed the take over of the house without a court request or guidelines from the above.

In the show that resulted, the unidentified security agents were said to have waited hanging tight for directions from above to the occupant gatekeepers to give up for them to assume control throughout the house.

At the hour of this report, DAILY POST couldn’t learn the destiny and whereabouts of the Justice as all streets prompting the road have been adequately blocked.

However, in a dramatization that intensified the issue and disarray, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, asserted it didn’t do any activity in Justice Odili’s Home

“The Commission by this assertion wishes to illuminate the public that the report is bogus as it didn’t do any activity whatsoever home of Justice Odili.

“If there was any such activity as guaranteed by the media, it was not done by the EFCC.

“The Commission charges general society to disapprove the report,” an assertion was given by Mr Wilson Uwujare, Head, Media & Publicity read.

At the hour of this report, the circumstance stayed dubious as the Director of Information of the Department of the State Service DSS, Dr Peter Ofunaya didn’t pick his PDA and no assertion was given on the matter by the security agency.
