A teen young lady who was one of the visitors in a wedding function on Saturday at Nsukara Offot, Nwaniba, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State was hit by a wanderer projectile shot by an official of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corp, NSCDC.
The casualty distinguished as Veronica Kufre, was supposed to be sitting adjacent to the Operatives of NSCDC when the occurrence occurred and she was promptly raced to the medical clinic for treatment.
According to an observer who argued namelessness, “the episode happened halfway into the service in Nsukara people group along Nwaniba Road, near the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) principle campus.
“The couple, Uduak and Samuel, had employed some NSCDC faculty to stand watches at the event,
“The two officials recruited to keep up with harmony and security at the occasion had joined different visitors to take free jugs of brew and different energizers as the cheerfulness continued.

Meanwhile the casualty has been conceded at the emergency unit tla private emergency clinic after three clinics were said to have declined conceding her, because of the basic idea of her case.
Spokesman of the NSCDC, Mr. Ukeme Umana, said he has informed the administrator, Abidemi Majekondunmi, who was in any event, requesting to know “where the occurrence occurred.”
