Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, head of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, has said the individuals who attempted to obliterate the development have bombed woefully.
The IMN pioneer talked during his first gathering with delegates of different parts and discussions of the group in Abuja, on Tuesday.
El-Zakzaky said his oppression and that of the organization made a greater fortune and perceivability for IMN across the world.
According to him: “If the guilty parties jump started the hard and fast assault with the end goal of devastating the development, they had not prevailed with something besides raising the development to a level which was not before expected.
“We could say the 2015 Zaria slaughter is actually a difficult period which influenced the public.”
El-Zakzaky was captured in 2015 get-togethers of his order conflicted with the caravan of previous Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai (rtd).
Members of El-Zakzaky’s group had conflicted with Buratai’s caravan in Zaria, Kaduna State.
The episode had prompted a flare-up of peace and lawfulness in Kaduna with many individuals recorded killed.
Amid the occurrence, El-Zakzaky and his better half were captured and detained until 2021 when they recovered their freedom.
