The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has said no less than eleven people lost their lives in mishaps in Osun State in August.
Mrs Agnes Ogungbemi, the Osun Sector Public Relations Officer of the Corps, spread the word about this in a meeting with writers in Osogbo on Friday, NAN reports.
Ogungbemi detailed that the Command recorded 35 street car crashes including 51 vehicles, prompting the deficiency of lives and property.
She said that 282 individuals were associated with different levels of mishaps inside the period under audit, while 110 people were injured.
Ogungbemi said, “We just recorded eleven passings in the long stretch of Aug. with 209 street traffic guilty parties who were captured and taught on safety.”
Ogungbemi asked street clients to be security cognizant when utilizing the roads.
She cautioned that the order would not spare a moment to capture traffic wrongdoers and rebuff them as indicated by the law.
