NEWS UPDATE: Police arrest, parade three suspected kidnappers of Bethel Baptist School students

3 suspected kidnappers have been arrested by the Nigeria Constabulary in connecter with the abduction of over 100 students of Bethel Baptist school in Kaduna Province.

The proper name of the suspects include, “Adamu Bello, Isiaku Lawal and Muazu Abubakar”

They were paraded on Thur by the Strength Public Relations Officers, Frank Mba, at the headquarters of defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), in the Federal Working capital Territory, Abuja.

The suspects who were dressed in war machine camouflage told journalists during interviews that they were amid the 25 gunmen who stormed the school of late.

Abubakar, a 27-year-old suspect, said, “20-five of us carried out the surgical procedure. We kidnapped 136 students and I got N100,000 part from the money.”

DAILY POST recalls that the school was invaded by armed men suspected to be bandits on July 5, 2021, spell 121 students were whisked absent.

Some of the abducted students have, nevertheless nonetheless, regained their liberty.
