Indigenes of Barakor and Wibiara people group in Rivers State have gotten back after more than 46 years of mutual emergency which fired them from their homes,
DAILY POST accumulated that individuals of Barakor and Wibiara people group have been occupied with a collective battle for quite a long time prompting the obliteration of properties and loss of lives.
The part addressing Khana and Gokana Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Dumnamene Dekor who talked on the arrival of indigenes, said the two networks lament the tremendous misfortunes brought about by the age-long war.
Dekor complimented the endeavors of the partners who guaranteed that harmony and solidarity got back to the fighting communities.
The official said, “I’m still extremely energized that for the absolute first time in 46 years the emergency that shook trouble networks has ended”.
“When we got there it was very invigorating to see every one of them sit together and trading gifts, especially the bosses and I think we have seen the finish of the crisis”.
