NEWS UPDATE: PDP flays Akeredolu for neglecting judicial workers in Ondo

The People’s Democratic Political party, PDP, in Ondo Province has lashed out at Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for allegedly neglecting judicial workers in the province.

Spell urging the governor to attend to the agitations of the judicial workers, the PDP raised the alert that they are set to embark on some other industrial activity over the state of affairs.

According to the political party’s Publicity Secretarial assistant, Kennedy Peretei in a statement, despite the contributions of the judicial workers, the province authorities has continued to neglect their welfare.

The political party also lamented that the authorities had subjected them to untold hardship with poor conditions of service.

“Dressing allowances have not been paid since Akeredolu entered the saddle. No official vehicles to communicate lawyers to courts in discharge of their duties. No business office spaces and the Library is not equipped at all,” he said.

Peretei in the statement added that the finally time books were bought was under the PDP administration of belatedly Olusegun Agagu.

Reacting, the Commissioner of Information in the province, Donald Ojogo, emphasised that PDP deserves no attending, stressing that the political party was only seeking relevance.

“This Regime will not descend into the arena and portion in the agony of those with a desperate want for political relevance. We can only sympathise with them in the burden they carry,” he said.
