NEWS UPDATE: Pandora Papers: Oyetola denies engaging in any wrongdoing

Osun Province Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, has described as unfounded and untrue, the study linking him to the purchase of a asset in London, UK.

In a statement issued in Osogbo on Saturday and signed by his Primary Press Secretarial assistant, Ismail Omipidan, Oyetola revealed that he had not broken whatsoever law of the terra firma as he also resigned his Directorship of Global Investments Offshore Limited upon his appointment, in 2011.

“Since 2011 till date, he has had no organization, dealings and business transactions with the said company, as he is neither a managing director nor shareholder of the said company.

“He, hence, could not have acquired the said asset in 2017 either straight or through the said company as existence alleged.

“As a matter of fact, Oyetola has no human relationship or link with the alleged possessor of the asset, Mr Kolawole Aluko, allow lonely go into a business dealing or transaction with him.

“He also complied fully with the law of the terra firma by exiting Global Investments Offshore Limited, as a Manager in 2011, upon his appointment as the Primary of Staff to the instant yesteryear governor of Osun, Rauf Aregbesola.
