President Muhammadu Buhari has paid tribute to Professor A. D. Yahaya, a one-time President of the Nigerian Political Scientific discipline Organization, who breathed his lastly on Saturday and was buried in Abuja.
In a statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, and made available to DAILY POST on Saturday, Buhari described the tardily scholar as an “extraordinary human existence, outstanding political scientist who played a role in every constitutional reform carried out by the land from Independence Daytime to the nowadays.

“As an outstanding public policy analyst, the tardily Professor offered his services to successive administrations, serving as Political Adviser to a former President along the way.”
Buhari added that “the prominent Political Scientist made Nigeria and the world a superior location and deserved every fleck of his fame.“
He said that his decease left a huge mental vacuum in its wake.
The President also condoled with his household, friends and the authorities and the people of Kano Province over the demise.
