Nigeria midfielder, Joel Obi has at last joined recently advanced Serie A club, Salernitana.
Obi marked a one-year contract with Salernitana with the choice of an expansion on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old joined Salernitana on a free exchange after the expiry of his three-year contract at Chievo in June, this year.
He scored five objectives in 31 Serie B games for Chievo last season.
“The US Salernitana 1919 declares that it’s anything but a concurrence with the ’91 class midfielder Joel Obi,” Salernitana’s assertion read on Wednesday.
“The player has marked a yearly agreement with the explosive club with programmed reestablishment upon the event of certain wearing conditions.”
Obi had additionally played for Inter Milan, Parma and Torino in the past.
