Director-General of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) Salihu Lukman has pronounced crooks working in Nigeria’s North-West and North-Central as terrorists.
PGF is the collection of Governors chose on the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform.
On Thursday, Lukman censured the situation by Sheik Ahmad Gumi and others that criminals are not terrorists.
