Senator Chris Ngige, Minister of Labor and Employment, has clarified that the Federal Government put a ban on work into the Federal Civil Service on the grounds that the economy was not in acceptable shape.
Ngige clarified that the Buhari drove national government made little positions and strengthening projects to sustain social security nets and build up a social assurance system.
Speaking at his Abuja home while getting the customary leader of Nnewi town, Igwe Kenneth Orizu (III), Ngige said, “The Federal Government set a ban on business in light of the fact that the economy isn’t fit as a fiddle. “
He, nonetheless, expressed that the central government has Home Support Programs like Conditional Cash Transfer and others to pad the hard economy.
He said the cash is intended for the poor in society.
Ngige, promised to guarantee that all Nigerians, including Nnewi indigenes, were given positions when the Federal Government lifts the ban on employment.
