NEWS UPDATE: N31.8m scam: Abuja developer arraigned for selling land to 30 clients

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja summoned Princess Carol Ngozi close by her organization, Carolina Luxury Homes, on Wednesday.

She was docked before Justice Hamza Muazu of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Maitama, on a 30-check charge verging on acquiring by bogus pretence.

Justice Muazu conceded bail to Ngozi in the amount of N30million and a guarantee in like sum.

The guarantee should have a landed property inside Abuja Municipal Area Council with unique record submitted to the court.

Ngozi was requested to store her International visa. The matter was dismissed until September 17.
