Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has denied reports that Cristiano Ronaldo is trying to influence his tactics.
Addressing the media on Fri, Solskjaer insisted Ronaldo has only had a positive impact since he returned to the order this summertime.
A written report from ESPN had suggested Ronaldo has asked the Norwegian to modify United’s style to increment his goal ratio.
The 36-year-old is said to have demanded sharper and quicker play when distributing the ball in the opposition half.
Asked in relation to the reports, Solskjaer chuckled and told reporters: “That is some other one. Wow, what can you reply to that?
“What we speak in relation to us that is betwixt us, but we haven’t had that give-and-take, set it that way.”
