An Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court on Thursday remanded a 39-year-old cleaner, Sunday Julius, in Kirikiri Correctional Center for purportedly contaminating his four daughters.
The police charged Julius, an inhabitant of Iyana-Ipaja, with sexual assault.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs O.A.Ajibade, who didn’t take the request of Julius, remanded him forthcoming legitimate exhortation from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
Ajibade requested that the case document be shipped off DPP for advice.
She suspended the case until Sept. 13 for mention.
Earlier, the Prosecutor, DSP Kehinde Ajayi, asserted the litigant contaminated his four little girls matured 16 years, 11 years, 10 years and seven years respectively.
Ajayi told the court that the respondent submitted the offense from August 2020 to July at his residence.
The investigator presented that the respondent was taken into police care after his better half held up a grievance at a police station.
