A 32-year-old rancher, Nureni Obasola, has been summoned before an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Court for supposedly taking N248,000 unpleasant cola and cocoa pods from his associate’s farm.
The blamed individual who supposedly serious the offense on September 8, around 6pm at Alabakan town, Oke-Ogbo in Ile-Ife argued not blameworthy to the four tally charge of trick, trespass, break of public harmony and burglary evened out against him.
The investigator, ASP Emmanuel Abdullahi, told the court that the denounced individual contrived with other people who are still everywhere to perpetrate a lawful offense indeed: persuasive entry.
He added the charged individual intruded into a homestead land having a place with his partner, Gbedebo Olaitan and took harsh Cola and cocoa units worth N248,000.
He said that the blamed individual likewise acted in a way that may probably cause an extraordinary anarchy, when he carried out the offence.
The offense carried out repudiated the arrangements of Sections 81, 249(d), 390(9) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun, 2002.
The Defense Counsel, Mr Ben Adirieje, implored the court to concede his customer bail in most Liberal terms.
Magistrate Adewumi Oyebadejo conceded the charged individual to bail in the amount of N100,000 with two guarantees in like sum.
Oyebadejo requested that the guarantees should promise to an oath of means.
The case was deferred till October 11, for hearing.
