Instagram says alleged fraudster, Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi can go along using his account.
The social media company explained that his arrest doesn’t halt him from accessing their service.
Instagram told The National it had well-established processes with law enforcement.
This include a policy on “inmate takedown requests” for prisoners active on social media.
Instagram said accounts are only generally closed whether they correspond unsafe organisations or individuals.
Hushpuppi, 37, has 2.5 million followers and lastly posted on June 6, 2020.
He flaunted chopper and private plane trips, as good as luxury cars including a Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maybach.
