The Presbyterian Church of Nigeria of has asked the Federal Government to invest more amounts of energy in the battle against uncertainty at present desolating the country.
It said if the Federal Government neglects to get more forceful in the battle against culpability, the approaching general political race might be a mirage.
The church offered the comment during a question and answer session on Friday in Abuja to stamp the Synod of the North Edition of the 175th Anniversary Celebration of the church.
Prelate and Moderator of General Assembly, of the congregation, His Eminence Nzie Nsi Eke who read the press proclamation, hailed the security organizations in the nation following their penances in ensuring that the harmony gets back to places confronting unrest.
The articulation peruses to a limited extent, “The way that we can at this point don’t lay down with our two eyes shut in many pieces of Nigeria is no more news.
“The level of banditry, kidnappings and herders assaults, burglary, religion emergencies and the preferences has been driving Nigeria consistently into a bombed State.
“While we like the penances our security offices are making to keep us protected and some new gains they have made in the fight to guard Nigeria, we need to urge government to get more forceful in the battle in any case 2023 races will be a mirage.
“Our petitions keep on going with every one of the individuals who are being held hostage by crooks and ruffians. We therefore announce 30 days of uncommon petitions from Sunday August 15, 2021 for the arrival of the individuals who are in bondage the nation over.
