The Deputy Speaker of the Imo Province House of Assembly, Amara Iwuanyanwu, has said the province will advatage from the recent see of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Iwuanyanwu said Buhari’s see to Imo Province would aid the President place where he can assist.
The fellow member representing Nwangele province constituency in the Imo Assembly made the comment in a statement sent to DAILY POST.
He said the president’s see was an opportunity for Buhari to view the work done by the province Governor, Hope Uzodimma.
He said: “The benefits of the presidential see will be immense and favourable for Imo.
“Days after he left Imo, the province see of President Muhammadu Buhari is still a trending topic in the province.
“For instance, there are some federal roads that the governor had embarked on, that are not really province roads, but because of the viability of those roads, he embarked on them with meagre funds.
“So, whether the president goes dorsum with what he has seen on ground, he can make up one’s mind where the federal regime would assist.
“This presidential see is epochal in different dimensions.”
Buhari had on September 9 visited Imo Province, where he commissioned some projects.
The president also met with Southeast leaders during his see.
