Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, has identified Bricklayer Mount as the Blues player that is ‘real tough’ to leave of absence out of his squad.
Tuchel stated this ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Sun even.
Mount established himself as a key player under former Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, and continued to impress under Tuchel.
“We were real careful with him in pre-season, he [Mason Mount] didn’t start the game against Villarreal [in the UEFA Super Cup win] and and so he started against Crystal Palace [in the Premier League] straight absent,” Tuchel told Chelsea’s official website.
“Sometimes we’re a scrap worried but on the other side he seems to deal so good with all the minutes and all the load that he has that it is sometimes real tough to leave of absence him out because he looks fresh, he comes with a grinning.
“I would be to a greater extent concerned whether his face was straight and you sense some fatigue also mentally, but I don’t sense it.
“We’re happy that he is hither and we will be careful similar with him.”
