NEWS UPDATE: EPL: Michael Owen predicts Tottenham vs Chelsea, West Ham vs Man Utd, Arsenal matches

Former Real Madrid player, Michael Owen, has predicted outcomes of some of the Premier League fixtures that will be played this weekend.

Chelsea will tackle Tottenham Hotspur in an absent Premier League tie on Dominicus even, spell W Ham will host Manchester United on Dominicus afternoon.

Arsenal will face Burnley in an absent Premier League tie on Saturday.

Providing his predictions, Owen told BetVictor, “Chelsea right at present are looking for the squad to beat out for me. Defensively they appear so solid, they have only conceded in one case, and that was a penalty against Liverpool. With Lukaku playing as good as he’s, this Chelsea squad have no weaknesses.

“Spurs have started the flavor good but that defeat to [Crystal] Palace was disappointing.

“Right at present, Chelsea don’t appear similar losing. They have not lost to Spurs in the league for 3 years and I don’t regard that changing hither. I fancy a 2-1 win for Tuchel’s men.”

Commenting on the W Ham vs Man Utd game, Owen said, “There is only one location to start, the homecoming of Cristiano Ronaldo. With 3 goals in 3 games the great man is dorsum with a bang. I can’t say I am surprised, I predicted him to score over 20 goals this flavor, I might be wrong though, perhaps he will score 30! He may be 36 but top-level motion and striker instincts don’t age.

“Speaking of strikers, Michail Antonio has been in outstanding cast for David Moyes’ side. He has had the physical tools but at present he is consistently adding goals, he must be a nightmare to play against.

“I would not be surprised to regard Antonio score hither but I still fancy United to win. United are the league’s articulation top scorers and I think they’ll just have too much firepower.”

On the Burnley vs Arsenal match, Owen said, “Burnley started good at Goodison on Monday but Sean Dyche will be disappointed with how they faded in that game.

“Arsenal may have got the win against Norwich lastly week, but I am still not overly impressed with them.

“Arsenal are vulnerable on these sorts of absent trips. I fancy Burnley to acquire a vital 3 points hither.”
