“It isn’t sufficient to demonstrate it for nine games, we wanted to demonstrate it for the season. It will take we all. It will take the entirety of our fortitude, the entirety of our work, all of our discipline.
“It will essentially take we all. It resembles running a long distance race. This association is incredibly debilitating. We have various contests. We are up for all contests and the best result in all rivalries. We are attempting to close the gap.
“I have no issue conceding that there was a hole in the last seasons and that Liverpool and City set the norms. They made a specific mindset with their administrators together over the years.
“We attempt to close it, we are adequately certain to say from the principal day we need to close it. This is the thing that drives us. We will chip away at this is on the grounds that it takes a great deal to keep the energy going.”
