Former Manchester United protector, Gary Neville, has asked assaulting midfielder, Jesse Lingard, to leave Old Trafford for his good.
Lingard got back to Man United this late spring from his amazing credit spell at West Ham.
The 28-year-old rejoined with previous Man United director David Moyes in January when he was advanced out to the Hammers.
Lingard rediscovered his best structure as he scored nine objectives and enlisted five aids 16 appearances for West Ham last season.
The England worldwide, whose momentum Man United arrangement lapses in 2022, got back to the Red Devils in the late spring after his experience with West Ham arrived at an end.
Moyes was quick to acquire Lingard back to West Ham the late spring move window, yet Man United apparently set a £30m asking cost for the player, who didn’t make the match-day crew as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side crushed Leeds United 5-1 in the Premier League on Saturday.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ The Overlap fan banter, Neville said Lingard should leave United get-togethers “he encountered last season.”
He said: “Jesse needs to leave for Jesse. He got pride last year playing at West Ham.
“He’s the man there and he will return here and play 15 games, and be a decent crew player, yet he doesn’t need that again unquestionably after what he encountered last season.
“Jesse needs to leave for Jesse Lingard.”
