Former Aston Villa striker, Gabby Agbonlahor has uncovered that Manchester United’s Premier League 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the week is postponing director Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s terminating from the Red Devils.
Agbonlahor, who wouldn’t get out of hand with Man United’s most recent exhibition against Tottenham, accepts Solskjaer will leave Old Trafford.
Having experienced a humiliating 5-0 loss to Liverpool at Old Trafford last end of the week, Solskjaer required a reaction from his players against Tottenham on Saturday as objectives from Cristiano Ronaldo, Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford gave Man United every one of the three focuses against Spurs.
While Agbonlahor praised Solskjaer’s group choice against Tottenham, he actually feels it’s inevitable before the Norwegian is provided his walking orders from Man United.
“The players played for him today,” Agbonlahor told talkSPORT.
“From the principal second of the game, they showed battle. They were battling for Solskjaer.
“This was the conspicuous development to play; your protectors are battling, in case you are battling to keep clean sheets, what are you going to do?
“You go five at the back, it’s not excessively complicated. I said it midweek, play five at the back, stop the objectives going in, you have goalscorers in your group. You have Ronaldo, Cavani, Greenwood or Rashford as two strikers they would’ve scored, Rashford come on and scored playing against a bang normal Spurs team.
“Basically, as far as I might be concerned, this is simply drawing out the thing will occur, Ole will leave Manchester United, however you must give him kudos for getting an outcome today.”
Man United’s next game is against Atalanta in the Champions League on Tuesday and Manchester City in the Premier League to come next week.
