President Muhammadu Buhari has endorsed the arrangement of five Khadis for the Sharia Court of Appeal.
The arrangement of the Khadis who are identical to Justices was said to have followed their suggestions to the Presidency by the proper authorities.
A explanation by the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Chief Justice of Nigeria CJN Malam Ahuraka Yusuf Isah named the new Khadis as Salisu Garba, Bashir Danmaisule, Muhammad A. Sadis, Lawal Sule and Abdullahi Adam Al-Ilorin.
The proclamation gave on Sunday showed that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Hon. Dr. Equity Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad will swear in the Khadis on Monday, August 16.
They are to be introduced alongside Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf as the Acting Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court at the Supreme Court of Nigeria complex.
