The Police in Borno State have captured the shooter of Ekklesiyar Yan’uwa of Nigeria Church (EYN) members.

The name of the guilty party is Baba Bukar, an individual from a joint security group, an administration official said.

The source disclosed to DAILY POST that Bukar discharged the slugs that hit church admirers during a conflict with Borno Geographical Information System (BOGIS) authorities last Thursday.

“He has been in guardianship of Borno Police Command since the lead representative coordinated an examination concerning the matter.”

He affirmed that everything is being done to bury the hatchet with the groups of the people in question and the church.

The Police will make a declaration soon. The specialists had guaranteed the Christian people group that the executioner would be tracked.

Meanwhile, the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has defended the Borno government over the demolition.
