Former Senator, Shehu Sani, has demanded that the Federal Government of Nigeria and the security offices in the nation have neglected to ensure Katsina and its people.
Sani said this while responding to Katsina Governor Aminu Bello Masari’s approach residents to get weapons and defend themselves against bandits.
DAILY POST reports that Masari had uncovered this in a press explanation by the Director-General, Media, Labaran Malumfashi, on Tuesday.
According to Governor Masari, it is ethically off-base for individuals to submit docilely to the scoundrels with no endeavor to shield themselves, taking note of that security was everyone’s business.

Reacting, Sani, in a tweet through his Twitter handle on Wednesday morning, said, “Katsina Governor’s approach residents to get arms against the criminals is an open confirmation and assertion that the FG and the security offices have neglected to secure his state and people.
