NEWS UPDATE: Atiku reacts to invasion of Justice Mary Odili’s residence

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has denounced the strike on the home of a Supreme Court judge, Justice Mary Odili, by security operatives.

DAILY POST reviews that security agents invaded Odili’s home on Friday, in light of cases that “criminal operations” were going on there.

The court order showed that the board contains the EFCC, the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), and the Ministry of Justice.

But, the counter join organization denied reports that its agents were behind the raid.

Reacting, in a press explanation gave by the media office of Atiku, the previous VP said the continuation of the famous conduct of safety agents directing an assault on homes of senior legal officials nullifies the goals of a popularity based society.

Atiku said, “It is with most extreme loathing that we keep on seeing circumstances by which law implementation offices lead assaults on homes of senior adjudicators in the country. Regardless of the examinations that they seek after, such practices give articulation of expert offense and put our country in exceptionally poor images.

“It needs not be repeated that this is a majority rule republic and each organ of the state organization, particularly the security offices, should behave in liability to individuals of Nigeria.”

The proclamation likewise called for cessation of such unfortunate behavior and requested a conciliatory sentiment to Justice Odili, “a test of the conditions that prompted the strike and assent of those engaged with this disreputable act.”
