A former Presidential candidate and Chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Professor Kingsley Moghalu, has predicted that the 2023 presidential election will be an epic battle betwixt the old tell and a new tell of visionary political leadership with the will and capacity to deliver good governance to Nigeria’s long suffering citizens.
In a statement made available to DAILY POST, on Sun, Moghalu, who of late dumped the Immature Progressive Political party (YPP), for the ADC, insisted that the governing All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Political party (PDP), have betrayed the hopes of Nigerians after 61 years of independence, with nil to demo on ground.
He also insisted that the 2 dominant parties that are the old tell, have disappointed millions of Nigerians without purposeful governance, saying that the citizens are impatiently waiting for a new motion.

‘By the Grace of God and with the back up of the citizens of Nigeria we will prevail against all odds.
“Anyone who thinks 2023 will be a competition betwixt APC and PDP is living in the yesteryear. The 2023 presidential election will be an epic battle betwixt, on one side the old tell of the APC, PDP and new tell. Don’t waste your vote on the old tell. It has delivered only distress, rigged elections, 4,000 megawatts of electricity for 200 million people, joblessness and hopelessness for our youth, and insecurity.
“The ADC has shown itself consistent in its belief in the powerfulness of ideas to turn around the human status for progress. I am proud to bring together ADC in this journeying. The political party also has a strong, nationwide grassroots presence that’ll acquire fifty-fifty superior. It is my want to heal and reconcile our country should I have the honor of serving as its President”.
