Meanwhile, Kanu is as of now being confined at the Department of State Services, DSS.

Justice Binta Nyako had remanded the IPOB leader in DSS guardianship till November 10.

The national administration of Nigeria had captured Kanu in 2017, yet Nayko of an Abuja Federal High Court allowed him bail.

Kanu, notwithstanding, hopped the bail and escaped Nigeria.

He guaranteed that he escaped because of an attempt to kill he by the Nigerian Army.
