Job Position: Customer Sales Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are hiring sales representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and makes outgoing calls
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Take customers orders
- Respond to inquiries online i.e Instagram and WhatsApp
- Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Attends to clients and makes them welcome
- Responds to inquiries about the company.
Requirements
- OND qualification
- Should be tech and social media savvy
- Applicants that reside within, or around the axis of Ikeja (Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Agege, Alimosho, Magodo, Ogudu, etc..) have a higher preference.
Expected salary: 60000 – 100000 per month
