About the Role

  • We are employing a Software Support Engineer to help Microfocus. In this job, you will be supporting clients who are having specialized issues with their Microfocus software.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

  • Take, own and close the help tickets
  • Ensure great ticket documentation at all times.
  • Follow best practice ticket the board measures, e. guaranteeing tickets claimed are taken care of and refreshed opportune and each exertion is made to make administration levels
  • Fully report each ticket, including all goal steps

Requirements
What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or identical specialized certifications
  • 2 – 4 years experience in specialized support

  • Experience in client assistance is a must
  • PC experience – open to working with Windows/Linux working frameworks and Microsoft Office Suite
