Task Position: Sales/ Client Service Representative
Task Area: Uyo, Akwa Ibom/ Lagos

Job Description

• Preserving a favorable, compassionate, and expert mindset towards consumers at all times.
• Reacting quickly to customer queries.
• Interacting with consumers through numerous channels.
• Acknowledging and solving customer grievances.
• Understanding our items inside and out so that you can respond to concerns.
• Processing orders, kinds, applications, and demands.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, deals, remarks, and grievances

* Interacting and collaborating with associates as required.

• Offering feedback on the performance of the customer service process.
• Determine potential consumers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact brand-new and existing consumers to go over requirements
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with consumers to continue relationships

Requirements

• HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or an associated field.
• 3 – 4 years of work experience.
• Tested work experience in sales and marketing.
• Outstanding social abilities
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Proficiency in the English Language
• Quick student and fast thinker
• Knowledge of Microsoft workplace
• Self-motivated, sound marketing and prospecting abilities in breaking brand-new business premises.
