The Risk and Compliance Manager (RCM) is accountable for supporting the Nation Director (CD) with all elements of developing, preparation, and executing the risk management strategy throughout the DRC Nigeria nation program – consisting of the Core Humanitarian Requirement (CHS), Standard Procedure (CoC), and Avoidance of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).

This function is accountable for.
i) allowing DRC to manage dangers by supporting organizational efforts to determine, evaluate, get ready for, and respond to dangers.

Experience and technical proficiencies:

  • A minimum of 5 years of expert experience dealing with humanitarian/ development companies with obligations for risk and compliance and/or program quality functions.
  • Knowledge of pertinent sectoral locations executed by DRC Nigeria programs – consisting of security, Economic Recovery, WASH, Shelter and Humanitarian Disarmament and Peace Building.
  • Extremely established abilities and showed capability establishing risk and compliance techniques and systems, consisting of application and training in associated concepts and practice.
