TASK SUMMARY

Helps with security operations management daily. Locations of obligations consist of the defense and security of property assets, staff members, visitors and property, mishap and fire avoidance and reaction. This role concentrates on preserving safe and protected environment for visitors, staff members and hotel assets by handling security policies, logs, accreditations and files needed by law and Standard procedure.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the security/loss avoidance or associated expert area.

OR

  • 2-year degree from a certified university in Lawbreaker Justice or associated significant; no work experience needed.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Handling Security Operations

  • Helps in the development and application of emergency situation treatments.
  • Suggests follow-up action for security breaches.
  • Carries out examination of all losses of property assets and describes correct management for personality.
  • Complies with all Business Security security and security management standards and treatments.
  • Finishes correct paperwork and reports all employee mishap and basic liability events to Claims Reporting Service.
  • Carries out routine patrols of whole property and parking lot.
  • Acknowledges success throughout locations of responsibility.
  • Deals with visitor issues and problems, settling disagreements, and fixing complaints and disputes, or otherwise working out with others.
  • Determines and makes suggestions for decreasing physical threats and risky work practices.
  • Executes action strategies to keep track of and manage risk.
  • Keeps up with regional criminal activity as it might impact property.
  • Preserves needed reports and paperwork relating to patrols of property and parking lot.
  • Checks all security equipment and confirm that it is completely working.
  • Offers methods for acquiring essential medical attention on a prompt basis.
  • Takes part in per hour employee efficiency appraisals according to Standard Procedure.
  • Finishes disciplinary treatments and paperwork according to Basic and Regional Operating Treatments (SOPs and LSOPs) and supports the Peer Evaluation Process.
  • Preserves emergency treatment and CPR accreditations needed for Security officers.
  • Executes regional authority requirement for security and security.
