LifeBank is presently dealing with the blood scarcity issue in Nigeria by linking health centers to blood banks, and blood banks to donors. We do this by hosting blood drives and by providing blood in less than 55 minutes, in a WHO and EU advised cold-chain, to health centers.

We are hiring to fill the position listed below:

Task Position: Medical Sales Representative

Task Place: Akure, Ondo/ Lagos
Work Type: Full-time

Function of the Role

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales team and will deal with the Sales Associates and Officers to achieve sales objectives of thecompany

* He/She will likewise be accountable for promoting LifeBank and its items to Medical facilities and Medical Customers.

  • He/She will build market positions for LifeBank by recognizing, establishing and working out business relationships that equates into sales.
  • He/She will work to grow the client base of the Company, foster client relationships and develop brand-new opportunities for LifeBank services and products.
  • Deal With the marketing and Sales Result in prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches, propositions and discussions to potential LifeBank Clients.
  • Deliver on regular monthly targets in designated area.
  • Lead research study to determine possible customers for LifeBank and inform management of unique attention if needed.
  • Usage knowledge of the market and rivals to determine and develop the company’s distinct selling proposal and differentiators.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to potential customers, schedule and follow through on calls with Leads and currents clients.
  • Accountable for sales area mapping, preparation and management.
  • Work carefully with the Sales Lead and Associates to satisfy customers’ requirements.
  • Establish, develop and maintain favorable business and customer relationships.
  • Collate and provide day-to-day call reports, along with weekly and regular monthly of sales efforts in market sales area.
  • Stay notified about the activities of health services in a specific area and report to the Sales Lead.
  • Carry out other tasks as designated by the City Lead
  • Deal With customer problems by examining issues; establishing services; preparing reports and making suggestions to management
  • Develop methods for increasing opportunities to satisfy and speak with contacts in the medical and health care sector;
  • Coordinate all problems with essential customers in between sales, satisfaction and customer support
  • Stay notified about the activities of health services in designated specific area.
  • Specialist level knowledge of department procedures and product to work as the very first line of support in dealing with internal and external customer problems.

Educational Certification:

  • B.Sc in Biological and Medical Sciences.


  • 2-3 years experience in direct sales in the Pharma and health care industry
  • Experience in the medical or Pharma industry is needed
