· Opening of brand-new accounts.
· Prospecting loan clients
· Reservation of quality loans and collection of loan payment from customers.
· Appropriate act on existing clients.
· Daily tracking of the loan Portfolio.
· Evaluating client paperwork to guarantee compliance with internal policies and regulative requirements.
· Following up with customers on needed paperwork and intensifying to the suitable Account Supervisors where required.
· Adding to everyday marketing activities.
· Grow the Bank’s customer base.
· Advertising of the bank’s items.

Requirements

· Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or associated field.
· The candidate need to want to discover and grow on the task
· Ought To have some experience in marketing role
· Experienced in loan, credit, risk and recovery process in the Microfinance sector in Nigeria or other sectors is an included advantage
· Outstanding communication, marketing, customer service and social skill
· Acquainted with using computer systems and loan applications/software
· Customer fulfillment orientation and sales proficiencies.
· Ability to operate in a goal oriented and hectic environment.
