Job Description

• We are seeking for an experienced, energetic, proactive Administrative Manager, who will be in charge of coordinating an organization’s administration system, general workflows and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.

Job Responsibilities

• Produces basic reporting that gathers departmental statistics using Microsoft Office.
• Informs the group of the team’s daily goals and requirements
• Giving tasks to administrative support staff
• Keeping track of and predicting personnel requirements
• Directing the organization’s operations
• Coordinating meetings or taking part in them
• Aiding managers with the compilation of yearly budget data and reports
• Keeping all departmental databases current.
• Handling clerical, accounting, and other office tasks as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics/ Supply chain
• Familiar with desktop programs including Microsoft Office 365 and online information research (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Must be proactive, highly motivated, and optimistic in attitude. Must be inquisitive and investigative by nature.

Expected salary: 150000 – 250000 per month
