We are hiring to fill the position listed below:

Task Position: Human Being Resources Business Partner

Effective Business Partnering:

  • Communicate with Line and Skill Development and Engagement in building individuals capability and efficiency.

Continually enhanced employee engagement:

  • Facilitate finest healthy Organisational Development interventions in area of Practical project (Avoid Level Conferences, City Center Conferences, Area Bonus awards and other R & R efforts)
  • Implement Culture Change procedures
  • Serve As employee champ in particular practical area/region
  • Facilitate Employee Engagement waterfall and development of action strategies
  • Screen application of Engagement Action Plan
  • Champ application of HR efforts in the practical systems.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide apt advice and counsel to Line on skill management, efficiency management, dispute resolution and other locations of employee relations.
  • Facilitate and guide numerous stakeholders on restorative actions, complaints, disputes and disciplinary treatments
  • Ensure business synchronization throughout departments within function of main project (e.g. Town Conferences)
  • Guarantee resolution of all staff well-being problems within concurred timelines.

HR Details Management:

  • Style of practical structure in Line with Headcount Management and Organizational Structure policy.
  • Conduct patterns and report analysis on numerous HR indices.
  • Provide employee details as needed by HR support functions, internal and external audit.
  • Guarantee precision and management of employee records
  • Provide precise Payroll inputs (Moving Allowance, Promotion information, Overtime and so on).

Educational Level
Need To have:

  • First Degree in Human Being Resources/ Behavioural Sciences
  • An expert credentials of CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM is preferable
  • Strong analytical and business acumen abilities
  • Proven organizational development, efficiency management and employee relations abilities
  • Should show social savvy with the ability to manoeuvre through complex circumstances successfully while building useful relationships Ability to build collaborations in a matrix organizational environment together with offering coaching/counselling to all levels within the company.

Working Experience:
Need To have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of Human being Resources experience in a multinational business environment in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience dealing with organizational leaders to specify and perform HR methods connected to organizational objectives
