Job description: Head Chef – Lagos, Nigeria
We have a vacancy of head chef for our new project it is a modern resto bar café that emphasizes on continental breakfast and brunch, our menu is centered around continental breakfast items such as (English breakfast, egg benedict, French toast, grills and salad)
The head chef should have at least 5 years’ experience leading & managing a kitchen and the crew, and at least 3 years’ experience in the continental breakfast cuisine.
The kitchen is being set up as we speak with adequate equipment and the hiring process for assistant chef and cooks is in progress. The operation time is from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm during which the head chef will do split shifts on certain days or as he sees fit.
