- Determining opportunities to increase sales, and helping in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Account Management of preliminary offers effectively closed offering a white glove experience and driving functional quality.
- Be the very first contact of brand-new merchants, supporting them in the onboarding experience and all functional and administrative problems that it requires.
- CRM ownership and documents of diverse and matching client details, sales activity, and deal development.
Who You Are
- You should have 2 to 4 years of cognate experience in an eCommerce or Logistics environment or comparable organisation.
- Have a Very First Degree
- Need to have outstanding spoken and written communication abilities (English) and the ability to connect with a varied group of stakeholders, suppliers and clients
- Ability to work individually with little or no guidance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Conversant with Workplace 365 tools.
