Job Summary

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To deal with the connection between the organization and the quick networks on everyday premise to guarantee harmony and concordance always.
  • To mediate from the start occurrence on any contention emerging from any piece of the host networks and report speedily to the board for vital help so as to hinder any breakdown of law and order.
  • To address the organization locally related gathering/s that has pertinence to organization tasks and report to the executives for required actions.

  • Process the Quarterly Traditional Rulers Stipends for payment.
  • To liaise with local area Leaders/Traditional Rulers and continually teach them on the corporate destinations of the organization from time to time.
  • To set up the yearly Seasonal presents for Traditional rulers and Community Leaders and orchestrate with the rundown of Government authorities’ endowments arranged by the workplace of Head of HAM and Administration.
  • To sort out class/s as event may warrant to instruct individuals from various host networks on the business advantages of the organization to them and the state at large.
  • Liaison with governments and other administrative stakeholders.
  • Relating with the media.
  • Assist in carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives.
  • To complete whatever other task that might be coordinated by Plant Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To keep up supreme tranquil conjunction between the host networks and the Plant on a day by day basis.
  • Managing clashes emerging between the Plant and the prompt host networks just as the bigger Benue Community.
  • Continuously edifying young people/seniors of the networks on the requirement for a welcoming business relationship with the Plant to guarantee the Plant doesn’t lose its properties (material or human) through adamant harm by people and/or bunches in the host communities.
  • To liaise with some administration offices occasionally when need arises.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Education and Work Experience

  • BA, B. SC, M.SC in Humanities/Social Sciences etc
  • 22 – 25 years working involvement in respectable organization(s).

Skills and Competencies

  • Must be PC proficient in key Office application bundles e.g MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
