Our Manufacturing plant is located in Ogun State and Rivers State with Corporate Offices in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Store Assistant
Job Location: Ode Remo – Ogun
Job Summary
- The Store Assistant is in charge of updating stock levels in the inventory system for the company.
- He should know the importance of inventory control.
- He keeps enough stock levels to avoid overstocking. He also avoids stocking old items.
Job Responsibilities
- Attending to store issue requisitions daily
- Raising of Goods Receive Note for the new purchases
- Assist in day-to-day reconciliation of physical stock.
- To ensure that invoiced materials correspond with the physical items
- Assist in carrying out periodic stock taking.
- Assist in arranging and maintaining items in their proper shelves for easy accessibility
- To ensure that all updated Goods Receive Notes are duly signed off
- To ensure that purchased prices are in accordance with the approved prices as indicated on approved Purchase Requisitions
- Carry out any other assignment delegated by the Head of Finance
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Accounting, Book Keeping or Economics
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical:
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Problem Solving /Analysis and troubleshooting skill
- A good team player and eye for detail
- Strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
Non-Technical:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.

2.) Production Manager (Ammunition)
Job Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Production Manager will oversee our ammunition manufacturing operations.The Production Manager will have an operational focus on safety, cost, quality, & delivery as well as a cultural focus on coaching leaders, driving team behaviors, and improving employee engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a team and improving production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- This position will report directly to the Group Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise production personnel to ensure that all production targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production requirements are met
- Daily interaction with Manufacturing teams to assist with escalated issues and to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs to increase production efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and oversee budgets for each production area.
- Identify operational risks such as single point failures, inadequate tooling/equipment, capacity limitations, etc. then develop and implement mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience in the ammunition or firearm industry
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
- Ability to effectively engage people at all levels of the organization.
Salary Offer
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.

3.) Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Job Summary
- The Electrical & Electronics Engineer will design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft. He will also oversee the manufacture of these devices, systems, and equipment.
Job Description
- Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
- Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
- Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
- Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
- Maintaining electrical equipment.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervising or training project team members.
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Plant Manager and/or GMD
Minimum Qualifications
- First Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
Expected salary: 100000 – 120000 per month
Location: Ogun – Kaduna, Kaduna State
