- Making outbound calls.
- Respond to client’s issues and concerns.
- Management and first-level goal of client’s grievances/inquiries.
- Identify and raise issues to supervisors.
- Research required data utilizing accessible resources
. * Research, recognize, and resolve client protests utilizing pertinent programming.
- Document all call data as indicated by standard working procedures.

- Follow up client calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Handle questions or complaints.

- Following call focus “scripts” when taking care of various topics.
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Excellent communicated in English with noteworthy relational skills.
- Multi lingua (Fluency in English, pidgin, and any of the supported local Nigerian languages).

- Must be inhabitant in Lagos and live near Yaba.
- Working information on MS Office and databases.
