Overview of position

We are searching for two experienced HR experts in the philanthropic area to deal with customer/advisors’ relations inside CTG Nigeria. Expected output:
HR Management:

Accountable for overseeing appointed clients.

Responsible for meeting customer destinations as per contracted extent of work.

Ensure complete customer fulfillment with the administrations being provided.

Ensure customers are routinely refreshed and customer assumptions are met as per concurred time frames.

Issuance of solicitations and liable for collections.

Responsible for guaranteeing arrangement plans, managerial records, framework and Personnel Management SOPs are set up and complied.

Operational Management:

Ensure foundation of CTG in activity place (with authoritative management).

Induction Training – Ensure all advisors are issues with country explicit operational rules and get a full CTG acceptance preceding beginning work for the client.

Duty of Care – Responsible for expert obligation of care and information sharing on security dangers and incidents.

Accountable for Payroll Accuracy – Approving merged finance bookkeeping pages, supporting reports, and so on Checking for irregularities before authorization.

Performance Reviews – Review advisor’s exhibition opportune as per customer’s requirements.

Business Acquisition and Growth:

Other General Responsibilities:

Produce week by week reports to the Country Manager and Operations Director in HQ.

Finance and bookkeeping duties identified with authorizing and overseeing in country expenses.

Project reporting

This job reports to the Country Manager.

Key competencies

Education:

  • University Degree in the field of Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • A important HR capability and/or experience might be deferred in lieu of a degree.

Skills:
