We are selecting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare month to month/yearly fiscal summaries for the company.
  • Ensure month to month and opportune compromise of all record account.
  • Prepare fiscal summaries, segmental reports for each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and give pattern insightful execution dashboards of the specialty units for the Management and Board arranging and dynamic processes.
  • Provide explainers to differences in the month to month business execution reports.
  • Review of Fixed Assets Register.
  • Interphase with all offices and SBUs with the end goal of monetary revealing and analysis.
  • Ensure convenient arrangement of and accommodation of all inside and outer monetary reports and some other report so requested by the management.
  • Review of all manual and framework diaries with the end goal of examination and reporting.
  • Call up any monetary related postings in the bookkeeping framework for additional consideration and explanations.
  • Interphase with outside evaluators on audit of arranged Financial Statements.
  • Work with different units in money like Treasury, hazard the board, administrator and lawful with the end goal of ideal monetary reporting.
  • Provide upholds on yearly essential arranging and budgeting.
  • Provides support on payables, charge and other bookkeeping administrations for the smooth running of the money department.
  • Implement and screen interior controls on broad monetary and detailing activities;


  • Have a Degree in Accounting. Proficient enrollment like ACA or ACCA or graduate degree in bookkeeping or business-related field will be an advantage.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Possess working experience across Financial administration, announcing and examination, Budgeting and arranging, Strategic Business Review with the use of IFRS.
  • Be experienced in Accounts payable, receivables and bank compromise, fixed resources management.
  • Possess relational and great initiative abilities.
  • Be ready to liaise with outside inspectors, charge experts and other assistance providers
